The Tulum Blog is written by me, Mat. I am originally from England but now live here in Mexico and spend my time between Cancun and Tulum.  I originally came to Tulum in 1999, if you think it is a sleepy town now, you should have seen it back then. I hope to write plenty of interesting things about Tulum, the Tulum Hotels, and any local news. I am hoping that anyone who reads this blog will contribute trip reports, nuggets of information and any other thoughts to help make this a great resource for others wanting to visit Tulum on vacation or even to stay!
