Zahra, Tulum, a more upscale cabana hotel, is a hotel with a difference. It consists of 22 rooms and cabanas. The idea is a rustic, back to nature experience, although all rooms do have a ceiling fan and electricity is available until 11pm. The cabanas and beach huts at Zahra are all beautifully decorated using stunning wood from the surrounding area, and whichever one you stay in, the beach and the Caribbean Sea are always only a few steps away from your door. This small rustic resort has added certain luxuries, such as wireless internet access in the restaurant and A/C in the internet café. Zahra is really designed for people who love the rustic charm of Tulum, however don’t want to give up all their creature comforts, while still being able to have a “Beach Cabana” vacation. Room service is available as are “in-room” massages and Mayan spa treatments.

From Cancun airport take you head south, past Puerto morelos, playa del Carmen and Akumal until you arrive in Tulum, you then head towards the beach and here you will find Zahra!
